How do I determine my correct size for an Allure gown?
Bridal sizing typically runs smaller than standard street wear. We recommend having your measurements taken by a professional and comparing them to our specific size chart located on each product page.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for bridal orders?
Since many of our gowns are made-to-order, shipping can take between 12 to 16 weeks. We also offer a selection of 'Ready-to-Ship' styles that arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can I request customizations or alterations to a dress?
While we do not perform in-house alterations, many of our designs allow for minor modifications during production, such as adjusting hem lengths or adding sleeves. Please contact our support team for specific requests.
What is your return policy for bridal wear?
Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our gowns, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Gowns must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I make a purchase?
Yes, we understand that color and texture are vital. You can order fabric swatches for any of our signature laces, satins, and tulles through our accessories shop.
