At Allure Bridals, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your selection, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible gowns and accessories in their original condition. Please note that custom-made orders and final sale items are non-returnable to ensure the highest quality standards for all our brides.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Carefully pack your unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the garment remains protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Return

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our bridal specialists inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
